Physical therapy which is sometimes referred to as physiotherapy is the practice of trying to develop, maintain and restore full or partial movement, and functions of various body parts in a person. The malfunctioning of the body parts could be as a result of an accident, advanced age, injury, sickness or various environmental factors as hypothermia. Its main objectives of physical therapy are to promote, prevent, cure, habilitate and rehabilitate the parts. The process includes many players as the patients, the family, the physiotherapist, welfare communities, other professional and the entire community at large. In our physical therapy section we have enough materials to make you understand the predicaments of the afflicted individuals and their quest for solutions. It entails the management and development of the body parts. Many helpful aids have been donated by the relevant bodies and individuals. Members too have engaged is interesting discussions while sharing their knowledge and experiences.

A rotator cuff injury can be the result of different factors, including accident or trauma, wear and tear or inflammation. When injured in a fall or while playing a sport, the most common outcome can be a torn rotator cuff, or a dislocated shoulder. Rest is then recommended in order to restore tendons functionality first, after which a period of rehabilitation should follow to regain mobility and strengthen the shoulder.

"Physical therapy knee" is an innovative treatment method used by physiotherapists to bring long lasting relief to the joints in the knee (which is affected by pain). A frozen shoulder has three stages that vary in length and levels of pain and can rob you of many of life's joys. The third stage can last as long as 26 months without the right frozen shoulder exercises. My favorite frozen shoulder exercise only requires a wall.
