Leukemia lymphoma cancer is a form of cancer that affects the blood forming tissues as the bone marrow in our bones causing excess production of several blood cell types which are then realized into the blood stream constraining the blood functions as carrying of nutrients and oxygen. This affects all the other body organs thus the body malfunction completely. The death rate is very high forming almost half of the affected cases in a year. Research is being done and the future of the patients looks great for new methods of diagnosis, treatment and management are being realized. This has led to better life and prolonged life for the patients than before. The leukemia lymphoma cancer affects all the ages from children, adults and the old. There are two main types of Leukemia, the Acute and the Chronic. When the immature blood gets weight age in the body and it is increased more than the mature blood, it gets converted into Leukemia.

Here are facts you won?t be told about leukaemia but it?s these facts you need to know to be able to successfully overcome the disease. Leukaemia is increasing at an alarming rate, especially in children and we don?t have effective treatments for leukaemia or any cancer so doesn?t it make sense to find what you can do to help overcome the disease.

Although there are no accurate data for concordance rates of leukaemia in infant twins, it seems to be very high, and perhaps approaching one hundred percents. If this is correct, it suggests that MLL gene fusion in utero has a dramatic impact, ensuring subsequent leukaemia. But for children aged between two and six years who have acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, the concordance rate is considerably lower at around five percents.

Leukemia is a form of cancer. Statistics show us that the disease is common with men, and the chances are higher in developed countries, and particularly with white people. In the United States alone, close to 30,000 cases of adults and about 2,000 children are diagnosed annually with Leukemia.
