What if we could go through life without worrying about money, jobs, kids, relationships, and just be happy? Happiness is not a destination. It is a positive feeling of appreciation, gratitude, and contentment about our current situation. We achieve this feeling by focusing on and acknowledging all the good things in our lives.

Do you suppose that the happiest people are those with the most money and the fewest struggles? If so, you are mistaken. There is one thing that the happiest people seem to have in common and it has nothing to do with worldly possessions.

Are you in pursuit of happiness? Are there people in your life that depress you? Do you wish that someday we'll find an end to wars, school shootings, and like atrocities that stem from someone's unhappiness? If you're like me, deep down you not only want to know how to be happy but you also want others to be happy so they'll stop dishing out the opposite at you! Maybe this is the secret to why people are buying books on peptides and positive thinking.

Attitude is everything. There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head. Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today?" So she did and she had a wonderful day. The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head. "H-M-M," she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today?" So she did and she had a grand day.

It doesn't take much for me to feel inspired. It can be ignited just sitting on the back porch and feeling the warm sunshine on my face, or the cool breeze rustling my hair, or sipping a warm cup of tea or a cool glass of lemonade. It can be from looking at beautiful flowers, listening to water flowing, watching the rain or snow fall, looking at photography or art work, listening to music, or connecting with nature in any way, etc. Read more...

There is not a person out there, who would have met someone with an unusual interest. The surprising thing is that most of the time we do not associate person with a specific activity, mainly judging a book by its cover.
