Ergonomics is defined by Wikipedia as the scientific discipline concerned with designing according to human needs, and the profession that applies theory, principles and data and methods to design in order to optimize human well-being and overall system performance. Ergonomics as a subject has 5 factors. They are Safety, Comfort, Ease of Use and Productivity and Performance and Aesthetics. Ergonomic Workstation ON the other hand aims to provide you with a good working place aw well as a sound environment. Consider these tips as a tool in creating your own Ergonomic Workstation. The type of computer to be used. A chair to match your workers physical characteristics.
