Cyber Law Articles

Legal issues relating to the use of communications technology fall under the jurisdiction of cyber law. While cyber law is its own body of human study, it is not as distinct a field of law because many of its concerns intersect with other legal fields, among them freedom of expression, protection of intellectual property, and respect for privacy. One major problem of cyber law is how to treat the Internet. Should it be treated as a physical space that is subject to a particular jurisdiction's legislations or should it be treated as a world unto itself, and thus, is considered free of such limitations? This section deals with cyber law and all the concerns relating thereto.

Cyber Law deals with the legal issues of the internet usage and all devices connected over the network, their proper use in order to prevent and control cyber crimes. Since the internet is all over the world the rules and regulations are a bit cloudy but we need to keep in mind a few things to ensure that we are using the internet in a proper and safe manner without causing any trouble.

There are so many issues in today's world with the online legal working. That is because of the capacity of the uneducated narrow minded people who believe that internet business men are not paying tax. The problems have occurred with individuals earning a crazy amount of dollars, all fair and square. Now it makes absolute sense that the people are concerned because they are not earning as much as the people of the online industries. This is by far the biggest issue that is been talked about in regards with online legal working.

1. Be aware of eBay "phishers". They will send you emails hoping that you will take the bait. They are looking for type of personal or credit card information that they can use for their own personal use. The more spam emails they send, the better their chances are of getting what they want.

Cyberstalking is a fairly new term now commonly used to refer to the online version of stalking someone. It is an undesirable product brought about by the effectiveness of the Web into connecting people online. It is a particularly serious subject that still requires careful study and may pose a challenge to law enforcement authorities in terms of prevention and prosecution.
