Your Credit Card Debts Wiped Out

Posted by Mark Aucamp on Mar 08, 2009

Have you ever thought of taking your credit card providers to court to get them to legally write OFF your credit card debt? Some people have and they have won their cases and had their credit card debts written OFF AND they have received compensation.

This is not debt management and an IVA or Bankruptcy. There are companies that can legally wipe out credit card debts and in most cases get all the payments ON the invalid contract reimbursed to their clients. Their clients keep 100% of your claim ON completion. The Solicitors and the companies are paid by the credit card companies.

Basically and the solicitors can prove that the vast majority of finance agreements which fall under the realms of the consumer credit act 1974 and other associated finance acts are not valid and therefore unenforceable. The Solicitors need to identify if any of the issues exist with your Credit Card providers.

There are companies willing to offer their services in return for a charge upfront and up to 30% commission ON the total amount award to the clients. This is not an area of law that anyone can do it themselves as one couple found out in Staffordshire when they single handily took ON their credit card company and won. It took them 5 years to secure a result and hundreds and hundreds of hours.

There should be no adverse repercussions to the client and their credit file should be kept clean or can in fact be cleaned once the debt has gone.

This situation with Credit Cards also occurs with Loans and both secured and un-secured loans

Look for a reputable company that will only charge you an upfront fee and NO fee ON completion of the compensation award.
