Aaahh the small publisher's dream. To wake up every morning and have multiple book orders sitting in your inbox. Or to check Amazon and find out that your book ranking has jumped into the 1000s or less! Well it's not such a far off goal to be able to sell books this way--the Internet is growing everyday. With time and the right techniques, you can sell more books online while you sleep.
