You should follow-up every annuity lead/prospect with a series of 5 letters. Each letter should announce you strongest attribute on the envelop. For example, if you are on the radio, the envelop should read: John Agent, Host of the Safe Money Radio Show, KCBS Radio. After the prospect receives the 5th letter, the annuity agent is in a much better position to secure an appointment.
