When you create an article and you write as if you are speaking to a very close friend, something happens between you and the article reader. I would not say it happens to every one that reads your articles, as some readers might not like what you have to say or they may just not click with you.

Now a good starting price to begin with for your first high ticket product is about $500 or $497 is a great starting price.  So if you are creating a course to be delivered online, or if you intend sending a home study course through the mail, or if you intend creating a series of recordings or whatever format you create, then a very good place to start is around $500.
