Having the gang over to watch the game? Planning a party and want to add something new to the snack trays? Give these Texas Armadillo Eggs a try. Be warned they are crab stuffed jalapeno peppers but they are mild; don't worry about burning your mouth or throat!! You can "cool down" your mouth with the Tropical Cheese Spread and assorted crackers.

As a soup lover, I always feel one can't have too many soup recipes. I am not a big meat eater - just simply don't like the taste of meats - so I love a good soup that isn't meat based. Assuming there are others out there like me, I am choosing to share a good soup recipe that is vegetable based and doesn't involve meat.
