Developing a positive attitude creates a positive attitude, just as energy produces more energy. Developing a positive attitude affects your own way of thinking, as well as the thinking of other people that surrounds you. In effect, no matter how bad or rotten a situation may look like, you can make it seem or appear better by at least pretending to have that kind of outlook-even if you yourself do not feel optimistic at all.

The mere impelling force to struggle and exert for anything we desire to accomplish is as strong and powerful as our will to survive. There are just way too many advantages and benefits of having a healthy attitude or at least having a positive mindset in dealing with life. However, what about the power of positive attitude? Actually, knowing that there exists some benefits of the power of positive attitude can make us even look things in an optimistic standpoint. Having the power of positive attitude makes us very irresistibly infectious to other people around us.

I have a friend who is a Life Coach by profession and he found out that many people are willing and ready to accept the cost of their being unhappy and dissatisfied rather than to stand up and speak for themselves. One way of saying this is, "I know I am not happy with something and I know I've been wronged, but I would rather live with that than to voice out and express and explain how I feel exactly to that person, responsible.

There seems to be a perception that the reason of our incentive, performance measurement and ownership problems and difficulties lie in what we do to the workforce. Experience tells us that the difficulties and obstacles are not because of what we ?do? to the staff, they are simply caused by the mindset which believes that as managers we could manipulate and dictate the staff to ?do? what we want.

In a relationship, anger can have destructive effects. A relationship expert especially a marriage counselor must look for effective techniques to deal with anger to help married couples to build and strengthen a caring, fulfilling and enduring relationship. Rage can have negative repercussions whether it is repressed anger or expressed. In repressed anger, it could have devastating results and could pave the way to an empty, relationship.

Great leaders know and understand all of these three styles. There are times that they do not just choose or adhere firmly to only one style, but sometimes they also incorporate different styles and methods depending on various given situations.
