Acne and treatment baffled many practitioners in the past, and it still baffles many now.� �  Acne can be a difficult condition to eliminate.�  There are many cause of acne, and you could have many of them, if you have many pimples and blemishes on your face or in other body areas.�  Hormone imbalance can be one major reason you have acne.

When you have acne, your first treatment should be improving your diet.�  The idea is to improve your health so that your hormones can move back into balance.�  The food you eat determines the health of your cells, the condition of your organs, and the release of hormones throughout your body.�  Acne and treatment for acne starts with a good diet.

Your acne treatment should consist of using a diet of natural food.�  Any time you change your diet it takes about 3 months before you begin to see changes in your health.�  One of the purposes of you life is to take care of your body.�  Junk food destroys it and creates all kinds of imperfection on your skin and inside of you.

If you smoke, then you need to stop.�  Smoking pollutes your body leaving excess pollution throughout your cells, tissues, and organs.�  If you drink alcohol, you need to stop.�  Alcohol weakens your liver and the liver is responsible for controlling the hormones that can cause acne.

Here is a good diet to help you get back your health.�  There are certain foods that you need to stop eating for acne and treatment.�  Since it may be difficult to change your eating habits, it is best to replace a "poor food" with a "better food."�  And, you need to change your eating habit gradually.

*� �  White bread is considered junk food, since it is void of any vitality for your body. It is hard to digest and causes constipation.�  Avoid Fried Fatty foods such as butter, chesses, and beef.�  Sweet Chocolates have saturated fats such as milk, butter and sugars that are not good for your health and definitely not good for your skin.

*� �  Packaged food, in boxes, bags, and enclosures are all junk food. This food lacks the vitamins and minerals it originally had before packaging.�  It lacks fiber, which is one of the main sources for creating good health.�  The attempt to fortify foods is un-natural and creates food that is unbalanced and detrimental to your body.

*� �  Avoid all dairy products - cheese, butter, milk, and so on.�  These foods are called mucus foods, because the cause mucus to form throughout the body.�  If you wake up in the morning with congestion and mucus in your throat, then you should back off milk, white bread, and oats.

* Sodas are the worst drink you can take. They contain plenty of sugar and phosphoric acid.�  Sugar is considered a white poison. It creates so many health problems in the body that the FDA should outlaw it.�  Avoid using salt only because it has iodine. Iodine has been shown to cause acne.�  Excess Vitamin B12 can aggravate or produce acne.

There you have it, a diet for your acne and treatment.�  It takes a lot of will power and desire to change your diet for eliminating acne.�  It can be done, but do it slowly. Start changing your diet and see the wonderful change in your face's appearance.
